Use & Taste

It is possible to decorate all kinds of dishes with these cheerful flowers. When the flowers are sugar-coated they can be used for decorating cakes or cupcakes too. Also, the flowers often form the basis of perfumes, because of their fresh, soft fragrance.

Violets are soft and have a fairly neutral taste.
