Lamb’s lettuce salad with Tropaeolum and Borage

'Edible flowers and leaves are very suitable for use in salads, they are tasty and colourful'



     Ingredients for 4 persons:
     1 bag of lamb's lettuce, 150 g
     150 g feta cheese, cut into cubes
     Black olives
     A dressing of choice
     Look an Taste edible flowers:
     Tropaeolum and Borage




Pick a nice dish or bowl to use for the salad.

Divide the lamb's lettuce over the dish.

Sprinkle the feta cheese and olives over the salad, followed by the dressing.

Decorate with Tropaeolum and Borage.

Very nice as a side dish!


You can vary all you want; other flowers from the Look and Taste selection - like Lavender, Calendula and Viola - are suitable and very tasty in this salad too.
