Goat cheese lollipops with Calendula flower petals
‘The soft taste of goat cheese goes well with the mildly spicy taste of Calendula’
Ingredients and requirements for 10 pieces:
Make 10 portions of 15 grams of goat cheese and roll them into balls, between your hands.
Carefully take off the petals of the Calendula flowers and put them on a plate.
Gently roll the goat cheese lollipops in the flower petals and press them lightly.
Serve the lollipops on a nice dish at room temperature
