Sugar-coated Borage flowers

Ingredients and requirements:
fine granulated sugar
Borage flowers
egg white
brush

 

Preparation:

Put the egg white in a bowl and beat it.

Take a Borage flower and ‘paint’ each petal with egg white, using the brush.

Gently sprinkle some granulated sugar on the flower and leave it to dry on baking paper.

Turn the oven to 50 degrees Celsius and allow the flowers to harden for about an hour.

Nice to decorate cakes and cupcakes with!
