Healthy breakfast bowl with Primula flowers

Requirements:
Yoghurt or soy yoghurt
Frozen fruit
Blender

For the topping:
Oat flakes or oatmeal
Linseed
Grated coconut or coconut flakes
Quinoa flakes
Fresh fruit
Primula flower petals 

 


Preparation:

Put the frozen fruit in the blender and grind this into a creamy mass.

Stir the fruit mass through the yoghurt.

Put the yoghurt in a bowl and decorate it with the topping ingredients.

Garnish the bowl with the colourful flower petals and your healthy breakfast is ready!

Tip: Try some other ingredients without added sugars for the topping, the variations are endless.
