Basil butter


‘A nice herb butter on a freshly baked bun, so simple, so tasty! Try making your own herb butter and taste the difference.’

A quick and easy recipe for a tasty herb butter. The only thing you should not forget, is to take the butter out of the fridge a half hour before preparation.

Requirements:  

½ packet of fine butter
1 teaspoon of sea salt
handful of basil leaves

Preparation:

Allow the butter to reach room temperature.

Coarsely chop the basil leaves.

Mix the salt and basil with the soft butter.

Serve with a hot (pre-baked) bun.
