Ice cubes with violets

Ingredients and requirements:
ice cube mould
edible violets in various colours



Fill the mould half with water. Add the violet and allow this to freeze.

Then fill up the mould and allow this to freeze too.

You can also choose to freeze the violets on the outside of the ice cube.

In that case, use two small flowers for each cube.

Fill the mould up to 1/3 with water, put in one flower and allow it to freeze.

Then fill the mould up to 2/3 with water and allow this to freeze too.

End with the second flower and completely fill the mould with water and allow it to freeze.
